Components
The High-speed Centrifugal Polishing Machine’s main components include a barrel, electrical cabinet, stand, and disc. The barrel lining and disc are made of PU, and the stand is made from anti-corrosive ceramics/Vonfram alloy. An inverter and timer are integrated to help with adjusting speed and processing time.

The machine is designed for both wet and dry processes. Processing time is substantially reduced in comparison to other types of polishing machines. The machine is suitable for processing small workpieces that have high technical requirements such as jewelry, components of watches, phones, etc.
The disc and barrel are designed to fit as much as possible (with gap ranging from only 0.05-0.1mm) which ensures safety and minimizes disc abrasion.
The machine has strong, stable operation and can be easily cleaned.
