Components
The 3-Dimension U-Shaped Vibratory Polishing Machine consists of a round working bowl that is placed on a set of springs, a motor that is attached to the bowl, and 2 eccentric hammers which deliver the rotation during operation.

Principles of operation and uses
The machine operates by creating spiral translational motion and friction between polishing media and the workpieces. This machine can be used to process the surfaces of a variety of metals including copper, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, etc.
