Overview on Two-Spindle Grinding Machine
The Two-spindle grinding machine is a specialized machine for metal surface processing. This machine is applicable for grinding products such as flap wheels, sisal wheels, buff wheels,… which all serve to deburr, smooth and polish workpieces from metals such as stainless steel, copper, zinc, steel, etc.

Specification
Two types of Two-spindle grinding machine (screw head & linear head) are commonly used with different grinding products due to the characteristics of their heads.
- Linear-head Two-spindle grinding machine is used with grinding products with hard, fixed lumen (i.e flap wheels)
- Screw-head Two-spindle grinding machine is used with grinding products with flexible lumen (i.e buff wheels, nonwoven wheels, sisal wheels, coated wheels, etc). Screw-head Two-spindle grinding machine is applicable for wheels with various lumen diameters, allowing easy and flexible application and operation.
Operation
Step 1: Start the machine after power cords are connected. For a linear-head machine, the grinding wheel needs to be put and tightly secured before starting.
Step 2: Lock the grinding wheel on the spindle. Grinding wheels that can be used include buff wheels, sisal wheels, flap wheels, nonwoven wheels…
Step 3: Grind the workpiece in the direction of the spindle until the surface reaches the desired result.
