Usage: Use ceramic polishing media with a three-dimensional vibratory polishing machine.
Step 1: Prepare ceramic polishing media suitable for the product to be polished.
Step 2: Prepare the polishing compound by diluting it with clean water in an appropriate ratio.
Step 3: Load the ceramic media and products into the vibratory polishing machine, turn on the power, and add water to wet the surfaces of both the products and the media.
Step 4: Pour the polishing compound over the mixture of products and media.
Step 5: Monitor the surface quality. Once the desired finish is achieved, rinse with clean water and remove the products from the machine.
Step 6: Turn off the machine. Dry the polished products thoroughly to prevent surface staining.
